Something to Note: The control to "DynaMesh" is also the same control to "Clear Mask" (ctrl + left-click(Drag)>EmptyCanvas) - So if you have a mask, and do this, it will clear the mask. However, if you do it again and no mask exists, it will DynaMesh - This is the reason I usually just hit the button after dragging it into my Custom UI - Just wanted to clear that up for anyone that's wondering :)

Good sir you have made a believer out of me... You may recall me from previous videos as "the angry guy ranting about zbrush and how he will never use it until they fix the confusing UI"... but with the help of these vids I was able to give it another go, redesign the UI into a format I like, even change the confusing navigation keys into blender navagation, and the short <5 minute video styles is perfect so that while I am doing stuff in zbrush now I have your channel opened up on the side so I can jump to quick vid on what im trying to do. Good sir I take my hat off to you and proclaim you to be one of if not the best 3D tutor on the youtubes. Now, I am off to go sculpt my waifu! Arigatogaziumus!

Dyanamesh is also size dependent. The size of your object will change the way the resolution behaves. VERY IMPORTANT!

Question (1:25 ) When I use dinamesh in a model with differents polygroups it clear all the groups, but in the video keep it. And if I use the botton "groups" at dinamesh options It separete the meshes like 0:33 How Can I keep the groups but attatching several objets and those form only one mehs?

I really appreciate this video, but I have a question, at 1:16 when merging the monster arms to the sphere you seem to successfully retain your poly groups and merge your geometry without having groups toggled when dynameshing. How do you do this? I'm super new to Zbrush (working on iPad) and I want to keep my polygroups while also merging the geometry of separate objects as you did in the video. Toggling groups on when dynameshing preserves the groups but prevents merging, and toggling groups off merges the objects' geometry but I lose the poly groups. Any advice would be great, thanks again! (Edit: i think it has to do with how the objects were merged, but idk what the exact issue is)

There is also a way to dynamesh subtractive boolean (group as dynamesh sub in polygroups)
