That's just incorrect. There are so many actual studies on how satiety is determined by protein intake first and foremost but also by nutrient intake. Basically as long as you don't fulfill your needs for macro and Micro nutrients you will keep getting hunger cues. A mixed, balanced diet satiates most people with much less volume.

I’m willing to bet she’s talking about why *she’s* always hungry and is trying to find and explanation. It’s because you don’t eat any protein or carbs, just fruit composed of water and sugar, which will never fill you.

Wrong. You are feeling hungry all the time because the only actual micronutrient you're eating is sugar in the form of fructose in fruits. Healthy fats and protein keep people full and satiated. You're just trying to justify your binge eating behaviors by binge eating healthy foods instead of junk food which is of course better but you're still missing healthy fats, actual protein, MANY vitamins and electrolytes....

Yes, we are built to find an animal, fill up and eat it( beef) and easily be able to go another day or too until the next food source. Nobody could just eat a whole watermelon and 10 mangos in a day. Especially when your with a tribe. Protein and animal fat is what gives you satiety.

Thank you Paige! I don’t know why so many comments are negative! I like watching your diet! It’s interesting and I think every body needs to try what works! Fruits and veggies are +++ but ppl criticized me a lot when I ate them while I was pregnant! They kept saying I would get fat on the fruit. On something healthy? No. Ladybug food is what my boyfriend calls it and I love being healthy ❤

Fun fact due to modern times and advancements from pre historical days the human body is not built for gluttony we’re built to survive as we always have been but the body has access to food 24/7 overeating is optional as food is not scarce and is always average at almost every corner

Funny u said about cavemans. Back then there were no big, sweet, juicy fruits. Humans created them by years of selections. Cavemans were basically carnivores, ocasionally eating sour, small berries and nuts

As someone whose on a standard diet and eats 3 meals per day with 0 to 1 snack, I am almost never hungry after eating breakfast. Why? Because it has protein. It makes you easly full.

i know everyone here agrees, but PROTEIN AND FAT are the most satiating foods. if you eat a salad without any dressing, you’re still gonna be hungry. but if you add olive oil, then you’ll probably be immediately, or at least much more, satisfied. it’s the simple reason that whenever i drink smoothies alone for breakfast, i crave a piece of toast with butter, so i give that to myself. if you really LISTEN to your hunger cues, your body will lead yourself to eat good sources of protein, healthy fat, and carbs, as long as those choices are available to you. she is making this much much too complicated. eat variety. eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full. that’s it.
