10 Interesting Tips On Vegetables – Dr. Berg On Veggies
Показать описание
Dr. Berg talks about tips for your vegetables.
• For longevity, keep your vegetables frozen. This will keep them fresh and you can also spray them with water.
• Having at least 3 cups of cruciferous vegetables will decrease certain types of diseases by 41%.
• Avoid canned vegetables, instead, you can do fermented ones. The outer part of the vegetables is the most nutrient part. Don't throw them away (i.e. cabbage, lettuce...etc).
Do not cook your vegetables in a copper pot, this will deplete Vitamin C and E. Instead use a stainless pot. Do not overcook your vegetables.
