I am 73 years old I eat most of these vegetable daily raw. I do not have any negative effects from these vegetables. I do not have excess weight, high blood pressure, high blood sugar.

Personally I find that garlic and Brussels sprouts make me sleep therefore I eat them in the evening. I have garlic tablets I use regularly as sleeping pills to boost my immune system.

I appreciate your input on this video. I’m so glad to find out the beats aren’t the super food like they say it is cause I don’t like beats but I’ve been eaten beets lately and now I could stop beating them again cause I was never a fan to begin with. And all your other vegetables Other than garlic I don’t need them anyway without realizing I have been staying away from the vegetables that are bad for seniors I’m 73 I don’t take any medication I live mainly on healthy food. I don’t even take that many herbs. I just rely on my food as my medicine I’ve never had a heart attack. I don’t have high blood pressure, I maintain a healthy weight I still stay active and I still could see and I’m doing just fine from what nature provides. And I stay away from processed foods I always did. I never liked fast food and I still don’t. I do miss my potato chips though happy new year, I hope the future is better than our last four years cause I did not like the Biden administration at all. They have no regard for your health and well-being and your pocketbook.

This narrator has an issue with okra. I have frequently eaten okra and never once in my 83 + years have I ever had a problem with okra. It is the best of vegetables. Go cook some.
