Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10 minute quick feet workout that you can do at home to improve your foot speed. Footballers across all levels are now more athletic than they have ever been due to training methods and sport science. If you’re an attacker, you will need quick feet to move and manipulate the ball past a defender, and if you’re a defender, you will need quick feet to move your body in a position to stop the attacker. All you need to complete this workout is 3 cones or objects with a little bit of space. Enjoy!

We love your at home videos. There are a lot of videos about how to work out but not many that actually have the timer for players to follow. This is exactly what we are looking for. Also love that you have warm up at the beginning of training sessions
