Well, as you saw, the Germans changed the world with their inventions many times. Where we would be today without the German art of thinking.

The problem is that many Germans are not proud of their country and blood, unfortunately also because they were brought up that way. Because if you say anything to that effect, you will be called a Nazi. The problem is that many people don't have the right deep historical knowledge that people need to understand the world and and that only Hitler himself and his party were Nazis. It's not as easy as we always think. Even in the Wehrmacht, only a few liked the Nazis. They were German soldiers dying for the country. the general German soldier, like my grandfather, had nothing to do with the Nazis and the Holocaust. You must consider this one army fought against the rest of the world. And if we are honest: what kind of "peace" could the general German soldier expect? What could have they expect after all the Nazi crimes and everyone thought that all Germans were evil Nazis. What "Peace" could they expect. These soldiers fought for their lives and German people against a planet. If even many of Hitler's own generals like Rommel (legend) or Stauffenberg knew that he was not quite right in the head.. Then the normal people knew that even more. Many were manipulated and could do nothing about it. The Nazis were a small parasite not the Germans. You can imagine the Nazis like a natural dark Parasite Rising from the suffering of the Germans. And the 'Problem' is that Germans are People who have a very special work and perfectionism mentality. That's not a weak enemy. Calling all German soldiers Nazis is like calling all American soldiers democrats because they were in power.

We should be prouder of ourselves, after all, Germany has repeatedly fought against the entire world, one time under a bad regime. We made this modern world possible and maintain a reputation for perfection and quality. The hard-working German with perfection in his blood! Or rather, we once had this reputation. What I also find very interesting is that the Germanic people spread very far and are therefore the ancestors of many other people. We always look at ww1 from the Allied perspective. We are brought up and manipulated according to this image. Nobody looks at it from the German perspective. Germany fought 80% of the world. ALONE. With damn incompetent allies. The Frenchman can talk well with the British, Americans, Belgians, Russians and the entire British Commonwealth behind him. The Versailles Treaty was more than a disgrace. You expect them to fight 80% of the world fairly?

You lose everything in ww1 and then in "peace" time your people will be treated like shit. Everyone hated the Germans after ww1 because of allied propaganda. The depression in Germany after World War I was twice as high as in America today and then people wonder why they followed Hitler so easily. No wonder when you destroy the most powerful country in the world in science, military and pride and leave it to starve in the ashes.. There will be a growing hate. And yes, Hitler was a sick man. But evil is not born. And he didn't just say wrong things either.. Many wrong things..
The Nazis helped in the beginning.. Of course the Germans couldn't knew that Hitler was such a crazy man. And at some point it was to late. There was also a big difference between Nazi, German and Wehrmacht soldier.

Wilhelm wasn't perfect, but he was painted as if he was the devil itself, as a megalomaniac monster and as the only one to blame for the first war when he wasn't, i guess God didn't like that so he made sure we saw how it was when a *real* devil ruled Germany with Hitler
