Find and Delete Unengaged Contacts from Infusionsoft

This short video shows how to find and delete unengaged contacts from your infusionsoft account. Keeping contacts in your infusionsoft account that have marked you spam or unsubscribed or not opening your emails is not good for 2 reasons:

1. Your Infusionsoft Account is limited by the no. of contacts. You may have to upgrade to the next level if your list is increasing but not engaged.
2. Unengaged contacts bring your CTR down and affects badly on your domain reputation. Thus bringing down your open rates in the long term as mail clients (like gmail) start filing your emails in Promotions category.
