I read so many posts and forums online, i was getting same error with Hellblade Senuas Saga. This video solved it. Paste the files in the same folder where hellblade's .exe file is located.

FINALLY. It works on Hogwarts Legacy, guys! Maybe you'll need to disable windows defender before getting in the game, or removing the game's dll from WD's history.
