tried this but nothing worked...I reached out to Apple...and this is what they told me...Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
Now...I didn't wait until the apple logo...siri little orb appeared and I talked to it and she responded...yay...it's fixed.
