Easy Broccoli Pasta for a Healthy Weeknight Dinner

This broccoli pasta recipe is excellent for a last-minute dinner.
Kids and picky adults will love this – this was one of Nico's favorite pasta dishes growing up.

The recipe takes inspiration from Italian cuisine, and it’s especially popular in the south in and around the Apulia region.

⭐️ Ingredients
12 ounces (340 grams) of orecchiette pasta or any other
1 pound (450 grams) broccoli 2 medium heads
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 handful grated parmesan (dairy-free also possible)
1 pinch salt & black pepper to taste

Ok guys i tried this good. The chili flakes make it spicy but not overwhelming. I had a hard time smashing the stem so i put the whole thing in the blender and it made it super smooth. I did add vegan Parmesan and it was just 🤌🤌🤌🥦🍝 delcious . And it was EASY to make 😁😀😀😀

Actually I cook it same way but I don't mesh the broccoli untill creamy. This is another novel way to cook pasta, I should try it.
