Nose breathing also helps filter air. Acts as a heat/moisture exchange too. We all should do it, it's much more efficient than mouth breathing

Im Chinese so when i nose breath all chopsticks within a five mile radius come flying at me. Which really hurts my performance in the gym

Did you know mouth breathing while you sleep drys out your mouth and contributes to you teeth rotting? Learn to be a nose breather when you sleep. Also start oil pulling. It is life changing

I have chronic rhinitis and so struggle to mouth breath and it can be painful.

Does this include breathing out the the nose? I often have a clogged nose and when I breath in through the nose and out the the mouth I feel it helps manage that
