35 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled and Explosive | Follow Along. With 1 kettlebell you can get stronger, burn fat and get Fit with this total body kettlebell workout! We will do 5 exercises: the kettlebell deadlift, kettlebell swing, kettlebell goblet squat, kettlebell chest press and kettlebell row.

I recommend using a 16kg (35 lb) or 20kg (44 lb) kettlebell in this workout.
We will be doing an EMOM, going on the minute with will finish with a nice cool down and strength at the end to finish strong!
Grab your bell and lets do this!

To Purchase Kettlebells these are what I recommend below:

Kettlebell Kings which is what I use (LINK BELOW)

MEN: 16 kg (35 lb) and 20kg (44 lb) - if only 1 start with the 16kg bell
WOMEN: 8kg (18 lb) or 12 kg (26 lb) - start with the 8kg if you're not sure.
