I wish that my cooking experience was like this it’s always been guys calling in a minute before their shift having to stay late to cover them and being overworked for shit pay while the servers make bank. Ok where I’m at now it’s a bit better but fuck this isn’t realistic for all restaurants it would be great if it was thiugh
