What most people I have met have never understood about this scene is that all these meta human files Lex Are not just a cool Easter egg setting up the future.... Lex was meaning to use each one of these meta humans against superman....batman was like plan A
Wonder woman plan B
And the other four as contingency.... Doomsday was after Lex was taught by the kryptonian ship how to make one.... That's why Lex waited until after the call from batman did the animation of doomsday count begin!!! So they are not hist setting up justice league this is Lex luthor at his finest (master planner)

It pretty obvious that Perry knows who Superman is. After all he saw him and Lois kiss at the end of MoS. I think Perry keeps it a secret because he likes the idea of being able to boss Superman around.
