When he wakes up those papers were still flying around... this isn’t a dream; it’s a vision..

Bruce wants to kill Superman thinking he is a threat => Realising that he was wrong => Revive Superman => .... => Somehow Lois Lane died => Superman turn bad => Flash go back in time to tell Bruce that he was right to fear Superman from the beginning.

Now I understand. Damn, most of Snyder's movies weren't really appreciated when it was release. Yet when we have all the puzzle, it just makes so much sense!!
