Michael Caine's Alfred: Caring, supportive and a true confidant.

Jeremy Iron's Alfred: Authoritative, supportive, but gettin real sick of your shit Master Wayne.

"Even you've gotten too old to die young. And not for lack of trying."

Sassy Alfred is best Alfred.

Casting Ben Affleck as the Batman was the Best decision of Warner Bros. DAMN he's too perfect for the role.

This movie drips with atmosphere. The whole thing is like a fever dream. Underrated, under-appreciated and did not deserve the hate it got.

Jeremy Irons sure looks like old Tony Stark seeking shelter in the batcave just to roast Bruce all day.

I would pay Jeremy Irons to sit in my room all day, and whenever I grab something or go to sleep he shit talks my bad decisions or laziness lol

Such a perfect casting for both and then WB ruined it with Justice Leauge.

I love the callback to The Dark Knight Returns when Bruce says "We're criminals Alfred, we've always been criminals" straight lines from TDKR I love it

2 good things about this movie:
1.) Ben Affleck as Batman
2.) Jeremy Irons as Alfred

This is an absolute peak take on the characters of Bruce and Alfred. I could write a whole thesis on these two, their motivations, behaviors, and the way the interact. In my opinion, flawless planning and execution by Snyder. A man broken to what he thinks is beyond the point of return, and the man who raised him, refusing to give up on him, believing that deep down he can still use his gifts for good. Beautiful. I'll never get over it.

0:31 Prototype of Batman's cowl with tactical goggles that he wears in Justice League. Zack Snyder had everything planned out & each movie would've uncover more & more.. I really want to watch his DCEU till the end...

This is Alfred literally saying that Batman is going to far. This is where this movie acknowledge that Batman has changed and doesn't care if people die from his hand.
Later Batman redeems himself after Superman sacrifices. Superman gave him hope after he lost his (possibly after Robin's death).

WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND??!!!

"Even you got to old to die young" this line is always on my mind, that's how cool it is

From "Scar" of The Lion King" to "Alfred" of Batman v Superman. That's JEREMY IRONS!

The chemistry between Irons and Affleck is insane. You can almost feel the disdain Alfred has for Bruce's current antics, and the anger with which Bruce is making his crusade. But they don't hate each other. You can tell they're still friends and Alfred will help Bruce even if it means that Bruce ends up breaking his code.
