So is the river on a volcanic mountain, or in an old cauldron or volcanic crater ? Where is the headwaters of this river ? If they know it is 4 miles long, they should know where it begins, and why it boils. Is the whole river in a volcanic fissure, or does it have only one heat source and cool gradually as it flows further down ? Get the geothermal physicist to do some exploring and explain about the river. It is nice to know what is happening around the river, and to see what the natives are experiencing, and we all are worried about the future of the Amazon Rainforest, and the Earth. But why not explain about the river that brought everyone here to find out about.
