నీతూ గారు థైరాయిడ్, BP ఏది ఉన్నా..‌ ఏమీ కాదు.. మనం pregnancy ని ఎంజాయ్ చేయాలి.. భయపడుతూ ఉంటే అది బిడ్డ మీద, delivery మీద ప్రభావం చూపుతుంది‌‌.. ఇప్పటి నుండే ధ్యానం, breathing exercises, morning evening అరగంట walking, 8th month నుండి butterfly exercise చేయండి మీకు తప్పని సరిగా normal delivery అవుతుంది... అన్నింటి కన్నా ముఖ్యమైనది be positive నాకు normal delivery అవుతుంది అనుకుంటూ ఉండండి‌‌.... నేను ఎలా చెబుతున్నాను అంటే నేను కూడా మీలాగే ఈ situations face చేశా.. Last month నాకు normal delivery అయ్యింది..
