Great video. I will make a list to give to my therapist. My problems are lifting my knee going up the stairs, foot sliding to the side or sliding forward when I do bridges, having to lift my leg in the air to put covers on while I'm laying down, foot sliding to the side instead of going straight back when I get on my knees, I can't bring my leg towards my back while laying on my stomach. I want to tackle all of these one at a time. I'm 15 months post stroke.

I've had more than one stroke. Mentally I am having a hard time with fearfulness of falling outside. I am having a hard time balancing the need for mental help and physical therapy. I think both disciplines are needed by many neuro-challenged people. I love how you break things down where it is not overwhelming for me. It can be a bit discouraging when progress is slow and some therapists just hand you a sheet with some exercises and don't take into account that the patient (me) needs a more personal approach. I know I, alone, must do the exercises, but I need an encouraging therapist. Any sickness can be a lonely road. Thanks for your great videos.

It must’ve not been listening for a while because this is the first I’ve heard of an app in the making. But I really like how you explain things and the Contant you offer so I think the app is going to be wildly successful -can’t wait!!

As ever, you have perfect timing as New Year I'm thinking how to recalibrate & focus. This vid so helpful---my PT/OT very intermittent w months in between, maybe 1-2 clusters/year/10 sessions each, then solo w their handouts & these vids. When asked by PT or OT, what my goals are? I often haven't known how to answer. 'I want to get better' is too vague, obviously. One thing is from having a stroke, my thinking isn't as adept or fluid, or my thoughts are fine in my head, but out loud--oy--go to express them & I wonder if what I just said made Any Sense. I gradually got a better hang of 'what a goal' CAN be--like working on stair climbing, & concentrated on market. Making list, going in & out, walking basket, reaching shelves, absorbing sounds & all the people. Final lollapalooza was cashier check out w staff & baggers & money & how to be nice, stay sane. Getting okay at market? THAT was a 1-year PhD program right there. TY.

What's the name of the app, or will that be revealed when its ready? Do we need to be a bronze or gold member to utilize it?

Greetings. A question to the community: recently I have been walking backwards over a bicycle/pedestrian bridge whilst firmly grasping the railing. It seems to me that it would make perfect intuitive sense that this could be helpful in retraining, exercising our neurology - a quasi mirror effect/practice. Any thoughts. I have been doing it for only several days but shall continue.
