All I do is put my heal up on the peg if I want to push on bends. You can scrape the pegs all day long. Speaking from experience.

Totally agree re foot position on the pegs when cornering I have been thinking of putting some peg guards on the bike to assist with this as Suffolk Sport Glide did in his vids.
May be Harley might make some footboards for the bike which would help.

I have angled the foot pegs up using 2 screws inserted into the footpegs where they contact the bracket, this allows more angle before they are swept away from your foot but even then on the left side the side stand makes contact, so far I haven't made contact on the right side after the foot peg folds. My back tyre is marked to the edge both sides so this is far enough for me.

28.7 left hand lean and 27.9 right hand lean, straight of the HD website.

One thing to think about if you go down the stage 1 route is your choice of exhaust, some systems tend to sit lower than stock items which in turn may reduce your lean angle

It's certainly a heel scraper at times 😁 for sure. I see the thumbs down 1 is back again 🙄. If they read this maybe they can explain why instead if just giving it thumbs down

The increased 2018 Softail leaning angles allowded by the new frame seem to be not enough . But they are enough to have a more positivet aproach to the brand . Is it a issue or can you deal with it daily?

The bike doesn't come with hero blobs fitted, but there are threaded holes on the underside of the footrests ready to receive them. After market part available from Harley, apparently.

Heel rests are what I run for comfort and it saves my heels. Floor boards are very comfortable except you will grind them in the corners. Exactly what you said just raise your heel. Thanks
