Bulldogs are an amazing breed. We had a pair of brindle sisters we received as 8 week puppies. There names were max and Charlie. The 3rd English we owned was pure white, her name was Ali. Our last was Winston and he fit his name. He had an amazing temperament. The breed traits were seen in all 4 of them. To this day, I miss having an English Bulldog. Not sure I would ever own any other breed of dog. Truely my heart

I rescued an English 8 month ago. He had bad heartworm. Sores. Eyes shut from cherry eyes. 27 lbs. scars. They found him tied to a tree. No one wanted him. He was spade so he was useless to a breeder. That’s who probably kept him in the first place for a breeder. Sickening some of these breeders. I told the rescue place I’ll take him. 8 months later he’s 48 lbs. Hair and skin perfect. Heartworm free. Eyes fixed. And he is spoiled rotten. Has his own couch with stairs. Wading pool. Sleeps with mom and dad. Ya, he’s spoiled rotten lol. But so are my other two rescues. The heartworm treatment was rough, but he’s free and clear now. And stubborn lol. Just lost my last of three American bulldogs. Of all the breeds I've had in my lifetime and there have been many they were absolutely the best. Went out and adopted an Old English bulldog male of about 6 years old. Sweet as pie but way more laid-back than the American bulldogs. Gotta Love Em All

I’ve had two Bullmastiffs and now I have a frenchie. Bullmastiffs are by far my favorite type dog on the planet. I miss my two bullmastiffs everyday. The Frenchie is a great dog as well. I’ve only had him a month but he seems like a fun dog and definitely has some bulldog in him.
