Keep the printers off the carpet, it blocks the fan for the motherboard. Love the setup, super cool video!

Bro figured out how to make a 3d printer sweatshop😂

It's a full time job to maintain and keep up printers.

So many local paint centers are opening up or libraries have them. Good time to cash out your business name, or become the local print center

It is true you can make money from 3D printing. Especially if you have repeatable contracts. For instance I produced LiDAR housings for a company and had 4 XL size printers running for most of 1 year straight making $8/hour profit each. The key is repeatable parts because 3D printers and filament companies can be unreliable so you want to minimize risk factors. I still do a lot of 3D printing and I’ve found that finding a good filament supplier is really the key to success.

When i first started printing i hooked up a kill-o-watt to see how much power it would use during a print, found when i enclosed it that it used about 1/3 less power. the better enclosed the more heat it can keep and doesn't have to draw. added plus, helps keep your filament dry

Of those... (And my Voron)... The Prusa is still 100% my favorite. The creality machines are my least. But they all have their purpose in my little print farm.

Depending on what filament you are using, make sure you have good ventilation. Fumes from ABS can be hazardous when you're running that many printers at once. At the print lab I used in college, PLA was the only filament available because the ventilation system wasn't sufficient for 20+ printers.

I got a defective v2 from creality and their customer service (although very responsive) is terrible I can’t get my printer to work properly it has a mind of its own and I don’t wanna bet the $50 to buy a new mainboard….I think I’m the only person who has had this problem with the v2 cause I can’t find anything out there on fixing it 😢
Basically it’s a $250 paperweight and I can’t even prototype robots with it like I planned 🥺

I used to have a lot of different brands & types of printers, and that's kinda frustrating. Now I'm only using kingroon KP3S for small-medium size print and CR-10 V3 for large print with big nozzle. and I hate playing with resin so I sell all my resin printers and bought more KP3S 😂

I'm only at .75 per hour profit per printer. I have 10 printers going but I'm at the point where I don't know if I scale up or just stay. What I need is to find a nice contract for sales or custom work

Hey ! I can recommend the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, it's a printer, certainly expensive, but super cool! it prints super fast, of unbeatable quality and can print up to 16 colors at once! in addition it can print a lot of filaments complicated to print (like the PC ...), otherwise very good choice of printer ^^

I just got my first printer. It's resin tho. Anycubic Photon D2. I love it so much I immediately ordered a new one. The Kobra Max. I tried to get the Prusa mk35+ but my bank wouldn't let me buy from the company. But videos like this inspired me

Make sure to have good ventilation, hot plastic gives off fumes.

I don’t know how these farms make money. Years ago I had several printers and looked into it but no one wanted to spend money on 3D prints. Only time I really saw it was crazy custom stuff and it was a lot more about the design rights than the printer. I’ve had 10 printers but only for projects and prototyping.

Have you looked into the FLSUN super racer for a printer? It might be a really good printer because of the efficiency.

I wouldn't leave them going while you're sleeping. There have been cases where the Enders catch fire. You'd want something that has a guarantee that it's safe to be left unattended.

That's a nice setup. I have 2x Elegoo Neptune 2 An Elegoo Mars 3 pro, an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro and a Bambu Lab A1 with AMS. I really wanted the Neptune 3 or 4 Max but I don't have the table space 😂
