3D Print Farm Vlog #8 - Best 3D Printer??

In this video, I will give you my thoughts on what I think is the best-value 3D printer on the market. My opinions in this video are mine. I am not sponsored by Bambu Labs. Keep in mind that my needs may vary from yours.

If the A1 printer was the first printer that Bambu Labs released I probably would have an entire print farm solely of that model. However, the A1 came out after the P and X Series printers. As I primarily print in PLA I do not need an enclosure and the speed difference isn't that much different than the Core XY design of the P/X Series.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

I think its better to have few air purifiers keeping you guys health in mind. I am also starting a small business and this inspires me a lot. All the best.

Congrats on your success dude! I have three A1s and if can achieve even a fraction of your success selling prints I'd be extremely happy.
I've been very happy with my A1s. Reliable and fast and nozzle swaps are very easy.
Subscribed. 🙂

I enjoyed watching you go through this. The changes you made were very logical. I also agree that the Bambus changed the whole game.

That's a whole lot of Bambus! At this point you need a sponsorship from Bambu. 😂

Awesome behind the scenes video on how you use the Bambu printers for your business. Great insight into what to think about when purchasing one of these. I am still torn between an A1 and a P1S. I have not made up my mind yet, but I am getting close. Thanks again for this video. All the info helps with my decision process. :)

Wow so interesting to hear that you went from a large Prusa farm to a gigantic Bambu farm. I currently have 3 Prusa's spanning from MK2.5S to MK3S and would like to purchase 4 new printers and cant decide on Bambu vs. more Prusas. Definitely leaning more towards Bambu now.

Why not use 3kg spools for the P1P and P1S? You could place wall mounts to hold them for easier access to the spools.

Thank you, you answered my question. I have decided to purchase the X1-Carbon as my first all around printer. I don’t want to be limited to filament options in the future. With the current sale it takes some of the sting off.

So I see you have different bases under your printers. Boards, card board boxes, and the square dark cushion pads. Those are on top of the metal shelf grids. So which do you find to be the best, or which are you going to standardize on?

I’m thinking of going with a p1p and a a1 with the 4 spool ams for my first 3d printer setup looks like the best of both worlds

Which nozzle do you use for all the printers? How do you stay organised and print on all off them all the time? How do you manage the print schedual?

Nice job 😉my curiosity is how you manage all printer efficient; only with panda touch or you are using other print farm management software?

i love your setup, im hoping one day to get to that level, curious though. how much does your rent cost and when is it ideally worth it to get a space like that? i got 7 printers only atm

Are you completely on Etsy? Or do you sell elsewhere? And which patreons do well for you? I'm uninterested in competing in the online patreon market, but wondering what tends to do well to put in local shops. Thanks!

Also, what's the best option for bulk, duel color silk PLA?

and 2nd curiosity 😁 you tried any solution to release the parts automatically from plate?

Can all machines be controlled from one computer?

Can you talk about why you run so many printers? Do you dedicate printers to certain designs? Seems like no way 1-2 people could keep up with that many if they ran 24-7. I have 3 P1S and I can hardly keep up with the number of parts they can generate…
