Exercise (cycling) has been so important in my recovery from severe anxiety. I find it the single best way for me to get some headspace. The other thing I do is listen to audio relaxation. A few months ago I started creating my own audio recordings and have created a Youtube channel for them. I made them for myself but am happy to share

Thanks, I suffer from extreme anxiety and I always pushed it away. I just thought I was nervous, I have it so bad I’ll bounce up and down randomly on my tip-toes. I’ll get nervous and feel like someone is pushing on my chest and I can’t breathe. One thing that has helped a little is playing with slime. Everyone says I should take meds but I don’t want to, I’m scared.

i always scare of being death.. i thinking about it everyday. i quick my job.. im a flight attendant but now i scared of flying. this axienty really sucks..

"confronting not avoiding" easier said than done.. I'm a scardycat T_T I'll try to help myself and do it. for sure blood will gush out of my head. I'm having an anxiety attack at the moment T_T

I just found out and accept that I have anxiety because today at school I had really bad attacks and how do I know that I would cry and start to tell my self that I’m a failure at everything and I’m ugly etc. I had to go to the office a lot this week and now I couldn’t breath and I cried because my heart just started to beat fast and I couldn’t stop. I also struggle with depression and at home my parents don’t want me to do therapy because it gonna be on my record and I hate that my parents won’t take me to therapy because I want help and I need someone to talk to but I have no one I feel so lonely plz help.
