More on transitioning PLEASE!!! I am 54 years young, have had grey hair since my early 20s, and have been coloring my hair ever since. I am probably 80% grey and I really would like to start transitioning to not coloring my hair. I have very curly hair down to my shoulders. I used to pay $100 every 3 weeks to color my hair and switched over to coloring at home to save some money, but I really do feel like my hair has dried out ever since. I think I would like to start transitioning to grey because I'm tired of the coloring process. P.S. You are the best hair Youtuber out there and you are cute as a button!! Love what you do!

I checked out the Goldie locks hair care and honestly don’t have the money to spend on such a thing.. It’s out of my price range and honestly although it looks great isn’t for everyone’s pocket.. Especially mine 😂
Can we do a tutorial for people like me who have grey hair and honestly aren’t rocking a Dyson or enormous amounts of cash to fritter away! We’re living in a time right now where we all have to prioritise and my priorities are definitely on keeping a house going. I still want to look good and believe I can but not spending this amount.. Love you and your tutorials so please don’t take this the wrong way. Sending love ❤️

Nature gives you the color you should have. I'm 54 and stopped coloring three years ago. Best thing I ever did. My hair has never been this amazing, and I've never gotten so many compliments. I've been every color from black to platinum. Best thing ever. I went cold turkey and it's not as bad as one might think.

Christina’s hair is gorgeous! My last hair color appointment was in Dec 2019. I was just about to turn 60. Five minutes after I got home, I decided to grow out my natural color on my long hair, whatever was happening under there. My dye color was red. I’m so grateful that my amazing hair stylist knew how to get all that red out and tone it about 2 months in once she saw my natural color, which was surprisingly less gray than I expected. She toned my hair only 1 more time as I growing it out, and there was no line of demarcation. We had to shine a bright light on my hair the find the line. She just cut the last of the toned hair off in Nov 2022. She’s putting in bead extensions tomorrow because I want really long hair one more time, and we’re showing off the ashy brown and gray, even in the extensions. I’m so excited! This is my 63rd birthday present to myself. My skin and eyes look so much brighter with my natural color. For those on the fence, do it!

Lockdown was the perfect time to transition for me. I knew my hair was white, but I did not know it was 99% white! I love the color, or rather, the lack of color. The root battle is a thing of the past. My hair is the same texture it has always been, which is soft, but now it has more shine. For the first time in my life, I get compliments on my hair. If you are thinking of growing yours out, I say go for it. Gabi just gave the best strategy for the grow out here!

Yes, more Grey content, please! My Mama is fully Grey, and it looks amazing on her! She has very thick/coarse/curly hair, and I've been cutting it for awhile now, but I want to enhance it and help her to take better care of it. Thanks for this, and all you do!

Girl, I LOVE this one!!! Going grey was so scary but now that I'm on the other side I get stopped by total strangers who tell me how much they love my hair. I'm so glad I didn't cave in during the awkward skunk stripe phase.

I started going natural when I was 43 for several reasons. I am so glad I did. I love my gray and white hair.

Maybe you could do a video transition to grey with someone who has thinner, finer hair. I think grey looks amazing on women like your friend who has lots of hair to support the look, but a lot of us getting older thin out feel like we can’t support the look.

I stopped dyeing my hair over 15 yrs ago. I had a full thick head of hair. The problems is about 2 yrs ago I started to lose my hair. I've tried everything.
I'm now reduced to wearing a hat when going out since my scalp is visible. Ladies so long as you have hair gray or any other color, ROCK IT WHILE YOU HAVE IT!!! If you have any advice for this dilemma that has aged me, I would appreciate it! I'm so grateful I found your video on 5 makeup tips to look younger. You are a gem!💎

Hello Gabi! Thanks so much for posting about grey hair. I have very few at 63 years old but I love woman who allow the grey to become part of their signature. I embrace the aging process and figure, why fight it just be the best version of you that you can be. Your channel has helped me with the thinning hair issue. My hair is growing beautifully and you were right, the blunt cut for thin, straight hair is the answer. Going to share your channel with my friends. Keep up the great content.

I started greying in my 30’s.
It came in initially at the front and grew out as a streak. I loved it. I have never dyed it. It is white now and I still love it.

I wished my silver hair into existence!!
My natural color was a dishwater brown. I dyed my hair blonde for 30 plus years.
I always admired women’s hair when it turned silver/white. When it’s taken care of and healthy it is classy and gorgeous!
Around 60 I saw that my hair could go 8 weeks without a touch up because it was growing out silver.
Covid gave me the chance to grow it out and I absolutely love it.
No one in my family has turned this color, so I’m convinced I manifested it into existence.😂😂

I started going Grey at 30 and I've never plucked nor dyed my hair. I'm 57 and love my Grey hair! Get tons of compliments on it every where I go. It hangs past my bottom by about 4 inches!
