According to Dr. Berg, it's possibly a gastro-intestinal issue, likely a vitamin B3 (niacin) issue. Consume bone broth (glutathione), a niacin supplement, l-triptophan, and foods with l-triptophan, like turkey. Heavy alcohol use can contribute to cracked heals.

Soak ACV or White vinegar 10 mins max, mix coconut oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil, and apply plastic wrap overnight. Honey, burdock root, Irish Sea moss, peroxide epsom salt, lemon, avocado, orange pineapple applied on feet will help. Pumice after the soak. Urea based products help a lot as does avoiding hot tubs, chlorinated pools, use hydrogen peroxide in your pool and hot tub instead

Like, at home soaking and a pumice stone should help before it gets this bad.
There's also some OTC foot cream/lotions.

But I'd definitely go see a doc for something like this.

There are several ways i use. My go to is "worling feet." I also supplement by immediately applying all the yummy nutrient rich material found on my avocados whenever i use them and scrape it all off and rub it on my heels and pull my dark footies up over it as to not make messes on the floor. Or i save the peels in the fridge for later on when i take my soaking bath with my luxurient lavendar oil and then get out and repeat the same process... scrspe peels apply to heels and pull up fresh clean footies up over it to contain mess and provide a longer stay time on my heels for healing.😊

Vaseline on feet with socks at night will keep feet from getting like that..

So what are the common treatment options? This channel just seems like click baiting with gross pictures. I love the gross stuff if it actually includes information and treatment.
