This happens every winter to me. Dry cracked painful tears on several fingertips. I use nail hardener to seal the cracks! It hurts like mad but works. Also plenty of moisturizer. Thanks Dr Dray ☺

Amlactin lotion is good too, if you don't have serious cracks, just for daily prevention and maintenance

I use to wear flip flops alot back in the days, and dealt with really bad cracked heels, but since a knee surgery, Ive only worn tennis shoes, and my heels are soooo smooth and soft😊also put vaseline on feet w socks & wear to bed, this helps alot also

I started scrubbing them whenever I shower, especially toes and heels, then before bed I apply Cerave cream with either 10% Urea or the one with BHA. Works wonders. I never wear socks inside… of course this won’t work on the extreme cases. Prevention is key, so do it before it gets to that point. I also did foot-baths in the beginning to loosen the hard dead skin, and get off as much as possible. You can use whatever salt. Just don’t overdo it. As it can cause more dry skin.

I never go barefoot but have worn Birkenstocks since 1976 😂 Vaseline and socks keep my feet soft and smooth ❤

Wouldnt Krazy Glue be toxic to the body due to the ingredients? Once applied and absorbed into the body through the skin, wouldnt it be poisonous?

Washing feet with warm water then applying glycerine and then putting on socks overnight works wonder as well😊

I just put petroleum jelly mixed with my body hydrating lotion 2x a day basically when I wake up and right before bed.
