I love the 24” Bauer bags. They’re cheap, sturdy, and a great theft prevention measure for storing my dewalt tools, since who would want to steal a bag full of Bauer tools?

I have mostly bauer for around the house and working on my vehicles and the mowers I work on and they work fine

I bought Bauer as back ups.

Well my apprentice uses them until he can afford his own tools. They keep up with a lot of my “pro” branded tools.

A coworker of mine exclusively uses harbour freight oscillating tool blades
His thought process is they’re less than a dollar each so if it makes 20 cuts he’s more than happy to

Man your absolutely right about the oscillating tool blades i got the most expensive one they sold that said it would cut metal i used it one time to cut the caulk from around the base of a toilet and when i was done most of the teeth were gone and the blade was useless. Harbor freight does sell some good products especially for the price however some of it is garbage. you just have to know whats worth buying there and its limitations.

I've had a Bauer orbital sander for several years, built several furniture products with it. I have the corded version as it doesn't leave my shop and I'm not interested in investing in the battery infrastructure. Replaced the Velcro pad thinking it was why my sanding discs kept falling off. Turns out the material in the back of Diablo sanding discs is crap.

The Hercules brushless impact driver suffers from the same issues as the Milwaukee Gen 4 impact driver it’s clearly based on. It gets super hot and breaks down. Stay away from them both until Milwaukee fixes their screw up

Bauer works fine. I'm a carpenter and use some of there stuff and it works fine. Cordless vacuum I use all the time. Multi tool works great. Planer is quiet and works. And there cheap.

I only disagree on one specific oscillating blade. The Bauer diamond grit half moon. It out performed several name brands on a smaller tile job that required ~40ft linear cuts. The name brands only lasted a foot if I was lucky. That one lasted the entire job and retained usability.

I was looking at Bauer or Hercules compact 3/8 or 1/2 impacts just to have a cheap one to take to the junkyards but after seeing reviews I may as well just stick with the kobalt I noticed they came out recently with new more compact 1/2-3/8s that are rated for I think 225 vs 150 that they use to but I haven’t seen any tested yet, none is as strong as my old Milwaukee stuff that was stolen years ago but it gets the job done and nobody usually wants to steal it 🤣

How familiar are you with complaints about 2953 and reliability issues regarding seizing up of anvil? Do you recommend the tool?

I'm gonna start watching your videos every day Instead of doing my duolingo. This is probably more practical for me

my bauer impacts are 5+ years old and still run hard also the bauer hammer drill is perfect and works great. Also ICON tools are just as good as any name brand tool

I bought a Hercules hammer drill and after a few months I was using it to cut a 1" hole through some 5/16 steel and it literally caught on fire.

Stocked up on multi tool bits on prime day. Are they garbage? Pretty much. Do they smoke out on clean wood after 2-3 cuts? Yeah. Did it cost $25 for 500 blades? Yes sir!! Good til next prime day :P

I have a couple of Bauer tools. A compound sliding miter saw and an SDS hammer drill and a roofing nailer. Had them for around 5 years. I've made a lot of money with them. No problems so far.
