A way to actually climb the ranks should be to play agents thats easier to climb ranks, namely duelists who have flashes or can heal themselves.

When youre higher up then you can start playing your main agents again, because it doesn't matter whether youre a perfect controller or sentiment, if all your teamates just go brain dead and dies instantly, you'd still have to 1v5 each round, which is impossible even for high elo players consistently
