Windows 10 GUI is built on a set of layers. The first layer is the classic theme, which they can't remove, as it is built into the core of the OS. It is used as a fallback theme when the both the Windows 10 and Vista Basic themes can't load. The second layer is the Vista Basic theme, which is used as a fallback theme if the Windows 10 theme can't load. And the last (third) layer is the Windows 10 theme that we are all familiar with.

It still looks more like a broken modern theme than a classic theme, mostly because of the thick window borders. I assume you'd be able to fix that by changing the theme settings in the Registry?

When explorer stops working (it restarts infinitely) it throws an error 0xc0000409 (seen at event viewer).
Seems that ucrtbase.dll is causing a trouble.

You never tried an old Windows version (Win 98, Win Me, etc.), right ? Cause this is not a classic theme at all, it's a broken Win10 UI.
