Why All The HATE on the Marvels Spider-Man 2 SYMBIOTE Suit?

With Marvels Spider-Man 2 Symbiote Black Spider-Man suit gameplay being revealed along side Miles with web wings and Kraven & Lizard missions being showed off, I wanted to talk about what is dividing the Spider-Man community right now, which is the brand new design for the Black Suit Spider-Man by Insomniac or rather, Symbiote Spider-Man.

The suit looks very armored but also has fleshy bits alongside the classic symbiote spider emblem on the chest and it looks fantastic in my opinion and Yuri Lowenthal absolutely delivers with the darker Spider-Man voice.

I think the suit looks amazing! By far my favourite interpretation of the black suit! And im a big fan of it looking alien rather than a cloth suit

In the comics, Spiderman got the black suit when he was wearing his classic cloth suit, so it emulated that look. In this series of games, he has already graduated to armored and technologically enhanced suits. So the symbiote has more of a tough, armored, layered appearance. And the lines around his jaw look both like a helmet and like they could open up into Venom's classic grin. I'm actually impressed with it.

I swear people can never be happy, I just love the Symbiote Suit and I honestly think this is one of my favorite versions just because it’s super unique and fits the idea of an alien trying to mimic a spider suit.

as venom is alive its trying to mimic spidey's suit as much as possible and this is the best it came up with, so it looks imperfect but thats what make this suit soo good for me, the slimy feel this suit gives reminds me of the sony venom movie's venom, which in my opinion is the best interpretation of live action-venom( compared to sam raimi's version), every other symbiote suit gave the clothey feel which didnt feel as if venom took over, it just looked like a normal black suit

Wasn’t this also the same situation with the advanced suit when it was first revealed and people came around to it’s design. Correct me if I’m wrong and for me I like the suit a lot, it looks realistic with the slimy parts

I feel like peoples expectations are through the roof cause we had to wait awhile. Now that we see it, people got to hate cause it wasnt up to they're standards. I'm happy with this suit and hope it doesnt change.

It looks like living Alien tech, definitely unique. I wouldn’t doubt if we got multiple versions of this suit, like the Spectacular Spider-Man series

I’m glad someone made a video talking positive about the black suit I think it looks good but it would be dope if the suit developed over time the longer you wear it and it adjust more but if not I’m still happy with the suit

I was iffy about the black suit when I first saw it but now I'm liking it more. It's like how I was with the advanced suit when I first saw it in the 2016 trailer but then it became one of my favourite Spider-Man suits

I love this design. Fans just forget how Symbiote suit works, it's trying to mimic original suit, and it looks properly fine :) Well I'm more fan of fabric like texture like in Spider man 3 but still it looks amazing!

It's really good the suit enhanced not only Peter but the technology in his suit. Also we still dont even know if the suit is alien or not just because it was in normans position doesn't mean it was created. Norman could have simply found it and captured it and just bonded it to harry.

first time i saw it and i love it already, this is probably the black suit so far. the simplicity, subtle detail, goo texture, alien like pattern (segmented like), close to the og design but a lot more distinct, iconic in a way
