Advice To My Younger Self... What I Wish I'd Known In My 20's / 30's

I wasn't good at taking advice in my 20's and 30's... I guess because I thought I knew better!

But looking back, this was a HUGE mistake.

In particular... I wish I'd sat down and talked to my Dad about "money" and "business", because he knew his stuff.

But now the shoe's on the other foot and I have 20 and 30 somethings of my own! :-)

This got me thinking...

What advice would I give my younger self if I could go back in time... and FAR more importantly... what advice am I giving to my kids now?

It’s good to have you back Tony! If you get chance, can you do another ‘how many deals can I find in an hour’ video. It was incredibly insightful and gives ideas other people might not have thought of in order to ‘add massive value’.

Great video Tony, as ever! You mention your story in bits and bobs but that would be a great video in its own right (kitchen fitter, lots of properties and time and then to where you are now!)

Any where you would recommend reading up on doing due diligence on a property company you might invest/ JV with? Cheers!

Great advice. I am fortunate enough to have funds outright to undertake a property redevelopment on an additional house. Would you recommend I do this personally or via a limited company?

Do you invest in etfs and sell calls to hedge and create wn income?

Love the reading advice but hasn't Napoleon Hill been discredited as a fraud so isn't it better to steer clear? (I've read the book though)
