He thinks it's too late to start now, it's a limiting belief. I'm 40, and just started 6 months ago. You couldn't tell my age by my body.

He is not proud of his physical man but he looks like a genuine and kind man to me!

This guy seems to me to be the sort of fella you’d want as a friend. Super genuine.

And as a 46 year old who has lost 25kg in the last year and a half and run 400 miles in 2023, I can confirm it’s never too late to start altering your fitness!

These kind of dudes usually are the best kind of bosses or managers to work with because they are genuine, have emotional intelligence and will kick your ass home with a cheeky smile if you work too many days in a week or pick up too much overtime. They make sure your work-life situation is balanced and sustainable, which ironically makes you feel more appreciated and you don’t mind working harder. I wish the guy in the video all the best and hope he gets back on his fitness journey.

It seems that the only problem of this dude is his physical Fitness, that's great because you can achieve so much in just 1 year.
He could be the happiest guy in just one year, that would be so awesome ❤️

43 years old? He's at the beginning of middle age this guy still has a great opportunity for a complete transformation for the latter years of his life👊

When I was young my dad would always be working and we hardly ever saw him. In my 20s I was working 6 days a week 11 or 12 hour days often away from home for around 7 years. I realised I was doing the exact same thing as my dad and changed careers. Now I'm only doing 6 hour days 5 days a week and get to pick up my son from daycare and hang out with him every day until his mother gets home. Obviously I don't get paid anywhere near as much as I did but the time I get to spend with my boy is priceless.

I’m 39, grew up really poor, and from the time I was 12 I’ve worked and haven’t stopped working. I sacrificed my health and everything to get out of poverty. Didn’t have fun, didn’t travel, put work in front of my health. Now I have a good job, a house, out of poverty. And while I think working is important especially to get out of poverty, all the work caught up to me and my physical and mental health has massively suffered. Agree with this guy: Take time for enjoyment, for self care, and for health. In the end you can’t enjoy much without good health.

My dad was quite a workaholic, died last year at the age of 64.. like a month or two after retirement. It made me realise that I need to just live my life because it's short and precious

I get kind hearted and happy go lucky vibes from him. The weight can always come off but not everyone is inherently kind or nice. He's already a winner

Gotta love hearing that kind of wisdom from a guy who presents as a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. We've all been bamboozled into trading our youth and energy to build the dreams of rich older people.

I agree. My sister just died, 29 years old. It gives you a new perspective...life is not about money or the things you think you want. It's love, love towards family and friends

When younger people look at more grown adults, they see them as boring and unattractive, but you also gotta remember that these people did hooligan stuff and were once in good shape and probably did way cooler things than us. It’s important to listen to older people because they always have advice that can change your life. I’ve had a 60 year old veteran tell me randomly at work that I should never wait for my parents approval to do something for myself like perusing a career, because they’re not gonna be taking care of me much longer when they’re gone

I love how everyone always says money isn’t important when it comes to these interviews. I’m 26 and constantly stressing about money but after seeing many people advising against it, it really gives a sense of relief

He’s already broken the glass ceiling by admitting he could be healthier, good shit man. Seems like a good dude

Money is important. The things you use to live productively are also important. What's not important is materialism. As a 44 year old, I would tell my younger self to not worry about buying expensive things and portraying an image. One should instead focus on productive things like working and learning. I fortunately figured this out in my 30s, but I was a real douchebag in my 20s.

His energy and spirit appear so much younger than the 55 years he claims to feel. I hope you achieve all you wish to have …you’ve got this bro ❤
