Pan-Seared Lemon & Garlic Sea Bass Fillets Recipe

The buttery, rich flavor of Chilean Sea Bass pairs perfectly with this simple lemon and garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons + 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
2 Omaha Steaks Chilean Sea Bass Filets, thawed
Salt & pepper, to taste
3 cloves of garlic, smashed
2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Capers, for serving

Directions:
1. To a skillet over medium heat melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Season sea bass with salt & pepper.
2. Pan fry sea bass on each side until golden & cooked throughout.
3. In a separate skillet add remaining butter, garlic & lemon juice. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Simmer to allow the flavors to mend, about 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Transfer sea bass to a serving plate, spoon with the garlic butter & garnish with capers.
