You told me what other sites didn’t… how long to cook on each side. I achieved a wonderful crispy skin.

I enjoyed it with pan fried asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeño.

What temp are you cooking it to?
I've got a combustion thermometer invented by the guy who started Chef steps and deigned the Joule. I has 8 temp sensors and finds the lowest temp in fish/meat. the phone app actually tells you when it's ready. I also came to appreciate "Carry Over" cooking. Cooking salmon to 135, it rose to 155 while it rested.

100% dead on. When cooking with lemon butter, no Lemon-Pepper Mccormick's. Overpowering. Barely edible. Good call.
