you know youve found something big when the devs remove it from the game just because you saw it

I preferred the theory that Professor Oak was just supposed to be an optional boss for after you complete the pokedex. Kinda makes way more sense for his character to be like “Hmm so I see you’ve completed your pokedex, you must have come really far in your pokemon journey! Would you wish to show me your skills in a friendly battle?” Or something like that.

The face statue in GTA 3 was a recreation of a real display of a replica copper face of The Statue of Liberty which was outside a similar building in New York while they were making the game. The copper face replica can be seen in the Statue of Liberty Museum to this day along with other replica pieces of the statue. They likely cut it because either the display ended and the relevancy would be missed or they couldn't get the rights to display a representation of that artwork, which is also common. Rockstar had to remove a sculpture from the beach in later releases of GTA V because they didn't get the rights to the real one they depicted in the game and the artist threatened a lawsuit.

I love the idea that people want the Prof. Oak fight to be so insidious, but in reality it was probably just a mentor fight cause he wanted "One last battle." before he retired.

Fun fact: Oceiros still does smash the Baby in the final version. It’s just that Ocelotte is invisible so he just… crushes air. You do see a particle effect come from where he crushes the kid.
The reason Ocelotte is invisible is because Ocelotte is a crossbreed. Dragon crossbreeds have basically always had invisibility powers in the Souls series, most notably Priscilla.

that last character seals the skylanders theory deal, because he was a test character in other skylanders games.

fun fact: that unused character, blank character with a tail from the crash bandicoot game. it is a template character used in skylanders, typically used for testing rigs, and placeholder but most importantly used as a default character if the portal failed to read the id code of the skylander.

this could maybe mean that the crash engine was originally intended to be used for testing skylander games, which makes the most sense. the other characters could had been scrapped skylanders that were discarded, but used in the engine for testing the portal, and abilities.

12:00 That's Template Template! He's a well-known face for Skylanders dataminers, its been present in the games since Swap Force if I'm not mistaken.

Honestly, Bully has so much cut content and some of it being so absolutely insane that this entire video could have been filled with just stuff from Bully, thats how much cut content that game has.

I'm pretty sure there's also cut audio from the Oceiros fight of the baby's cries becoming a gurgling shriek as Oceiros smashes it's body into the ground.

8:59 It's called "Pasta Mode" because you'll be playing with your noodle when you unlock it.

"Pasta-point of wearing clothes" is such a masterful pun

The Grey dude at the end of the Crash segment is actually the default model for a Skylander.

Specifically the Skylander that lets you switch the head, torso and legs. That's it's base model when no parts are chosen in the Skylander files!

is that a "me & the boys" meme reference with the rhino head and friends?

15:13 Yeah, it does sound like an unannounced projected that was cancelled or abandoned. The assets are believed to be from an older version of Unreal Engine and were hidden away in the files. Perhaps someone forgot to remove them

3:48 I wonder, does this mean that Prof. Oak was originally intended to be a superboss or the Champion opponent (before switching to Blue)?

7:51 even in a 1998 game, the Rock's still hitting us with that eyebrow raise

That hidden face in Bully reminds me of Sinistar. It would be creepy if it suddenly talked like him too.
