I teared up watching this when you reminded viewers not to give up on themselves. Thank you! Your words resonated deeply. Pelvic pain has stopped my life as I knew it and depression/anxiety has become an everyday struggle. I am subscribed and will be practising the pelvic floor relaxation videos you have posted. I am thrilled with anticipation for your Overcome series. Thank you again!

Thank you. I live in the middle of nowhere (1 1/2 hours to Walmart) and the nearest pelvic floor therapist is 2 hours away. You are my saving grace.

I am 27 and i haven't been pregnant yet but i already have problems with some light sagging of the anterior vaginal walls and stress incontinence the week before my period. I suspect that it happened due to weak tissue, a lot of exercise and a very high muscle tone in my belly. I am really frustrated right now, especially knowing that it will eventually get worse once i have children. I struggle feeling comfortable and attractive as a woman. I'm going to ask my doctor about a pessary to wear when i move a lot, especially at work, maybe that will help with the symptoms so i don't have to be thinking about it all the time. I will definitely be doing your exercises too. But i'm just so confused, i do a lot of pelvic floor exercise already and even though my biofeedback device says i have almost doubled my strength it has no effect on my symptoms at all
