Pinwheel samosa is a twist of the popular snack, Samosa. They are light and crispy appetizers and great options for a potluck, game night, parties, or anytime you need to snack something different.

Ingredients
1 cup-Flour
1 tsp- Semolina
1/2 tsp- Ajwain
1/2 tsp- Salt
Water as Required
2 Tbsp.- Oil
2-3- Green Chili
2 tbsp.- Ginger
1/2 cup- Green Peas
1/2 tsp-Garam Masala
1/2 tsp- Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp- Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp- Red chili Powder
3 Boiled Potatoes
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander leaves

Direction
• For Dough- Take a mixing bowl, add flour, semolina, ajwain, salt, and oil. Mix them together. Add water as needed to make a soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth. Let it rest for at least 12 minutes.
• Meanwhile prepare the filling- Take a pan, add oil, Once it is hot add green chili, ginger, green peas, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder. Mix them all together and sauté it for 2 minutes. Then add the boiled potatoes and salt. Mix well and set it aside until cooled completely.
• Take the dough, dust some flour and roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
• Now spread aloo stuffing in a thin layer all over the rolled dough. Leave 1/4 inch border from the sides as shown in the video.
• Now roll the sheet gently but firmly until you have a nice firm log.
• Remove both the ends of about 1 inch. Then slice the log into 1/2 inch thick and press each pinwheel gently.
• Take the air fryer sheet, place the pinwheel on it and brush some oil on both sides
• Pre-heat the air fryer and place them on 356 F for 10 minutes but make sure to flip them in between.
• Pinwheel samosa is ready to eat. Sever them hot with some coriander mint chutney.
