Oven settings: Preheated steel on wire rack and a pan for boiling water underneath to create steam. Top and bottom heated, fan off. 255°c/491°f for 22 min. with steam. 215°C/419°f for 20-25 min without steam until crust is dark golden. Happy baking 🙂
