this is normal. not unusual at all. might even be worse on variable pitch props because they have constant oil flow to drive the propeller.
this amount of sludge will form in a year or less in a constant speed application.
this also shows you the amount of toxins in aircraft fluids. lead, sulfur, carbon, paraffin not counting the residuals of av fuel.
