I really appreciate how you describe each item and pros/cons. You can tell you've really thought about who would enjoy each piece or what random things might frustrate someone about a piece. I love the look of fabric bed frames and headboards, but just for anyone thinking of purchasing, they are a pain to clean. I just got rid of one from living spaces that I had for 6 years. It collected dust even if I regularly vacuumed. I feel like my allergies have been so much better since switching to a wooden bed frame. Such a bummer because I love the look but something to consider if you are going to purchase, especially if you want it to be something that stays with you for years!

OK THIS ISNT ME SIPPING TEA BUT I stopped saying I’m “investing” in clothing/furniture because it kinda justifies purchases that may be otherwise unjustify-able and it really changed my attitude towards spending.

I’m not looking to buy furniture right now however I’ve been at the hardware stores searching for paint colors to start painting the walls. It’s very difficult but fun since I feel so picky. I want to find that right shade to motivate me to add additional things into my home. The video was helpful! Im interested in watching these types of videos to get fresh ideas and see what’s my comfort zone; white, tans, and dark wood is my color scheme. After watching this just shows me young women can afford pricey pieces and have a beautiful modest home! It doesn’t look boring… it’s naturally unique!!!! I love it!

I love the rustic, unfinished wood furniture, and especially the black that is embedded. That sideboard is a minivan with knobs though. The motherlode has landed! It's a beauty.

My husband and I had a large, really great IKEA sofa for 6 years. Fun fact, we bought it in the middle of a blizzard! 😂When we moved to a new home, we sold our IKEA couch to a lady who was so happy and loved it as well, because it was so well made and held its quality. For our new sofa, we shopped, researched and studied, several companies on line, and in person. We finally decided to invest in a large, sturdy, lovely classic leather couch from Restoration Hardware. It was a leap for us, and I’m happy to say that it was a great investment. For almost 10 years, this piece of furniture has been lived in, enjoyed, loved and appreciated by our entire family, including our dog, Otis. 😎❤️🐶
