This looks like the most amazing potato salad. I cannot wait to try it. I ended up here after seeing your collaboration with Andy Cooks. I love good food and a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an illness that's left me unable to do most anything I used to do and 1 of the most important, for me, was cooking.... it was the way I showed people how much I love them and now I can't cook a lot because I just don''t have the energy to stand long enough. That said, I have been improving lately and feeling a bit more like the 'old me' and am hoping this means I'll get to cook more.
