First read the book casually 20 years ago, reading it a second time. I have realised I have unconsciously enacted the 'Seek to understand' habit. I am know consciously absorbing, and sharing and modelling the habits in a proactive manner. This video would be a good monthly review to refresh focus. Perhaps a suggestion to do a review on would be the book by Joel a Barker on Paradigms.
