It’s good to mention when drilling the 2 1/2” hole to drill on a slightly downward angle for the drainage line to drain properly.

On second year of our 18, 000 btu system with two wall units and loving it so far. Don’t forget to use dry mode in humid summer weather. Cools the air by removing humidity. More efficient in those conditions.

I bought a Perfect Aire Mini-Split system, the Outdoor unit defected out of the box - no refrigerant gas flow sound when the refrigerant valves are opened. Fan is not spinning when commissioning the system. The Perfect Aire support team refused to replace the whole Outdoor unit, but they offered to send an internal electronic circuit board so that you can find a local HVAC expert to repair on your own cost, and no guaranty for a fix. Don’t trust Perfect Aire’s No-hassle 1-Year Warranty full replacement advertise. And Don’t buy any Perfect Aire products all together if you don’t want any headaches.

So many inconsistencies between this video and the installation instructions shipped with the unit. Which suggests to me that these inconsistencies are irrelevant. 1) The manual says to leak check before powering up. 2) Manual says open the top valve first. Come on guys get your sh--t together.

Terrible systems. Nothing but issues and perfect aire isn't fun to deal with on a warranty issue.
