Try testing vinegar + rice. Japanese cuisine often has vinegar + rice for sushi, claim to have a lower sugar spike

I would love to see you recreate this test but with one difference... Soaking the rice in cold water to release excess starch and see if it makes any difference.. always been curious about this.

Can you make a video that shows us how fasted exercise affects blood sugar. My experience is that hard exercise starts to drop blood sugar for the first 30 to 45 minutes, then it rises for 2 to 3 hours, then it starts dropping again. This is from a hard hour of running or strength training. But i dont have a cgm. I have to jab my finger often. Would love to see a graph on cgm of what happens. Thanks in advance if you try this for us.

This is my hack about rice I chop my celery and cabbage thin then cook them together, no it won't be wet then I make a side dish of yogurt with cucumber and season it after the rice it is that or I cook the rice but by the end I add konjac rice .In both cases I leave it in the fridge til next day to eat it .but I reduce the quantity in my plate, im doing low carb diet I do eat everything though not keto but almost only my carbs are very small quantity I use fat and fiber to avoid big spike.

Follow glucose revolution do calf raises after food ..keep ur heels up for sometime and then make them down then repeat ..or u can do squats main thing is u have to work on femurs ..

Squeeze half lemon in one glass of water and drink before 15 minute of eating any crabs like rice or breads. They say vinegar help but i wonder about lemon water on blood sugar.

What about testing half portion, 50 grs uncooked, instead of 100 grs uncooked. Does portion size makes a difference in the size of the spike?

Its interesting. When i get my treadmill im gonna try this. I have a nad knee injury so walking in our area is not safe for me so we planned a treadmill eaither way but if this will help its a game chsnger
