Papaya is at least tasty, but often expensive. Citrus fruits are okay, but they don't seem to help. The rest tastes not so good. And spinach tastes good, but you must blanche it, because of the acid in it, otherwise your teeth feel strange. That's work.

I googeld Papaya, but it's not true, it has only 2 mycrogramm folic acid, but extrem amount of Vitamin c.

Šteta što nema prevoda na Hrvatski pa je mojj zahtjev da mi kažete nešto o vitaminu B - 9 ostao ne zadovoljen. Ne mora svk znati engleski jezik.
