Having studied nutritional sciences at Pepperdine University, the iron in fortified cereals are one of the least bioavailable :\ I would recommend medium to medium rare meats, and organ meats for the best :)

That is great to hear! Thank you for the feedback and glad you like the videos. Is there something you want to see?

Arterial blood carries bound oxygen to the periphery, it appears a brighter red. Venous blood carries unloaded blood. It appears a dark and rich red.

The severity of a wound and the vasculature involved, can be assessed by the color of the blood.

Can someone explain why the iron in there is magnetic?
I mean the iron we need for our body is not in the metallic form. We need iron ions(not magnetic, right?) and not the iron metall(magnetic)
(sorry for my bad language)

I believe 342, 456 boxes of Total will turn you into Iron Man...but we have only gotten it to work twice.

Or or or you can just look at the nutrition facts and see how much iron is in it

To cut a long story short a microwave technically cooks by removing the moisture from food, which is why people cover the plate in cling film, or place a glass of water in there.

Iron is contained within the protein Haemoglobin, which each protein contains a haem group, which contains prostetic group Iron. The haemoglobin is the oxygen carrying part of the red blood cells in your blood system, thus Iron is important for you to live, in the sence so your cells can respire =P

We have posted a link in the description, and an annotation during the video that will tell you the answer:) These videos are meant to show the experiment, get viewers thinking about the answers and give you a link the full experiment where you can learn more. Hope that helps.

In fact, Iron is used in your blood, to form Hemoglobine. This is the product that gives your blood a red colour. There is a 'primitive' creature, the kabuto-like animal, that has blue blood because it uses copper instead of iron.

Omg i know this because iron is only.present in food not only element

Because when we digest it, it goes in the bloodstream because our blood needs it.
