How to make American Style Omelette

This is the ultimate American Style Omelette comes together quickly and easily. This Is the most delicious and fluffy omelet you’ll ever make! Enjoy.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter (1 tbsp for frying vegetables and 1 tbsp for frying egg)
¼ Onion, Chopped
¼ cup Red Capsicum, Chopped
¼ cup Green Capsicum, Chopped
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ cup Ham, diced
3 Eggs, Large
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
1- Melt one tablespoon of butter and cook all the vegetables for 5 minutes or until softened.
2- Add black pepper and ham, cook for 2-3 minutes.
3- Remove all the vegetables from the pan, set them aside, and clean the pan.
4- Add another tablespoon of butter then pour in eggs and cook for 1 minute.
5- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, cover the pan, and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
6- Sprinkle half of the eggs with the sauteed vegetables.
7- Flip the untopped side of the eggs over the filling.
8- Bon Appetit!
