I’ve done this for years using an empty water bottle. Put it on the side rail and have someone watch your cue in relation to the line between the cushion and the rail to indicate how straight your back stroke is as well. Thanks for the video.

That is an excellent drill. I've been doing it for over fifty years. I started with a glass coke bottle. Then switched to plastic over the years. I guarantee if you do this drill just five minutes a day you will win more.
