How to restart your Fitbit Sense / Versa 3 in under a minute

This video shows you the simple procedure for restarting a FitBit Versa 3 or a Fitbit Sense. You might need to do this if your fitness tracker won't sync, or the screen becomes unresponsive. There is no option for restarting from the menus on the device, only for shutting down.

Whenever I press the reset button on my Sense, I keep being sent to the Wallet. Pressing and holding it down for 15 seconds does nothing. I wish the Sense had a button to restart on the charger itself like on the older Fitbit models

Unfortunately it don't work, the sceen keep block on a "music sceen" and even after 3 hours the screen don't get off😅

Can you help please..I did a factory reset as my Fitbit versa was not recording the data correctly..Now all I get on the screen is..the logo with To start download the Fitbit it keeps scrolling down and nothing to link onto

Works! I have the verse 3 in pink and was able to get the Fitbit logo to reappear, thanks :) was having trouble after downloading apps it was frozen on the same screen :/

ps not sure why this has 4 dislikes 😬😆 worked for me

The Versa 3 does not have a button on the side....
